RSPCA EXPOSED
I have been helping to fight the RSPCA for over 20 years. I had a great success in the High Court defending a client a couple of years ago, so I am giving legal assistance to any of their victims.
I
studied law since 2000 when travelers stole my horses with the help of the local police.

Problems with a Section 20 -this might help
Hi you may know who I am as I have been around fighting the RSPCA for nearly 20 years. I met the SHG about that time I wanted to expose the RSPCA for what they are really like. What they are doing to pet owners and the British Tax payer needs to be exposed the Government need to know the truth. This is the reason I put this website up which will contain all the evidence need to see to make your own minds up.
Most RSPCA cases start with and a illegal seizure by the Police unless they have persuaded you to sign your beloved pets over to them.
You really need to know that if the police are present they will seize you pets but to make this legal they have to register the seizure and take a copy of this paperwork and look it at the Police Station.
You will be surprise to find out this is rarely done.and the Police just hand them over to the RSPCA forgetting that it is the Police that are responsible for your pets not the RSPCA and then the RSPCA give you a pink slip to say they are taking them...This pink slip means nothing more that they have accepted the Police have seized them and the RSPCA are acting as Bailee's of YOUR property.
If the Police use PACE 18 (5) it is important because if the RSPCA go to court try to get custody of Pets this is the only law they can use if they apply for a AWA 2006 Sec 20. This law also apply for you to get you pets back so you need to remember did the Police give me seizure papers and were they signed by the Police Officer. I would tell you now to try and get the details of the seizure on the Police Log you may have to pay but it is worth it. Next go to the Police station where the PC is stationed and ask if the log number of the seizure (On your pink slip) has been recorded that Police Station and if not why not. Ask if the seizing officer is bases in this Police Station if not where and which station. Go there and follow the same procedure ask where are the seizure paperwork paperwork. n
With luck they will not have been so use one of our templates and write to the Chief Constable ask him where the seizure paperwork is. He is obliged to tell you about the paperwork. If he says to you they were never seized come back for another to tell the Police Force that you intent bringing a case for theft f your animals. ..
